Hello, I am Malaisha. I am a college graduate. I graduated in 2020 with a major in Healthcare Management and a minor in business administration. I am 27 years young and I love children. They are the next generation. I am caring, energetic, fun, and adaptable. I am also an active listener and great communicator. I have experience as a nanny of 2 years. I’m also currently a behavior technician working with children with autism in ABA. My duties and responsibilities as a nanny were helping with school work, reading, writing, creating creative activities for learning, putting together meals, potty training, feeding, naps, bedtime, etc. As a behavior technician, I provide families with in home care using ABA techniques to help clients with social skills, reducing behavior problems, increasing communication abilities, and promoting independence in daily living skills.
