Hi! I’m a stay-at-home mom to my 18mo, and caring for children has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I love being able to create a fun, safe, and comfortable environment where kids can play, learn, and feel at home. I have several years of childcare experience. I was a live-in au pair for two years in California, where I cared for children and became very comfortable being part of a family’s daily routine. I also have 500+ hours of related childcare experience working in a daycare, caring for children ranging from 3 months to 6 years old. More recently, I’ve provided childcare for a friend’s child in my own home while caring for my toddler. I currently offer in-home childcare from my home, which allows me to provide a comfortable, relaxed environment while also being home with my own little one. Denise has been such a great caregiver, truly couldn’t have asked for someone better. She is always kind, caring, patient, and genuinely wonderful with our son. She always made sure he was not only safe and well cared for, but also learning and engaged throughout the day. One of the things I appreciated most was how trustworthy and dependable she was. She communicated openly with us if there was ever an issue or if she needed to take a day off, which gave us so much peace of mind. We always felt comfortable knowing our child was in her care.
