Hi! My name is Kala Miller, and I have several years of experience working with young children, especially 1st and 2nd graders. I currently work in an educational setting, where I support students academically, socially, and behaviorally. This has given me strong skills in patience, structure, and creating a safe, engaging environment for kids. Through my work, I’ve gained experience managing different behaviors, planning age-appropriate activities, and building positive relationships with children and families. I also have training related to child development and behavior support, and I am working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), which has strengthened my understanding of children’s needs
