Dear Family, It gives me great pleasure to introduce myself. My name is Aileen Flores. I’m 26 years old, I’m Ecuadorian, currently in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, and finishing my degree in Social Communication. I consider myself a compassionate, optimistic, and sincere person whose core values are rooted in empathy, patience, and creating a safe, loving environment where children feel cherished. Beyond childcare, I am passionate about music, dance, theater, and sports like hiking and swimming. My communication background includes working as a radio presenter in Ecuador and studying acting and cinematography in Santa Monica, CA. I am also a confident driver, driving independently since 2018. I have been working formally as a professional nanny, childcare provider and babysitting since 2018 across the United States and Ecuador. In NY, I served as a live-in nanny caring for three young girls (2-year-old twins and a 4-year-old), managing complete daily routines, meals, age-appropriate Read more activities, and early Spanish language immersion. In CA, I provided after-school support, homework supervision, and Spanish instruction for an 10 years old in San Diego CA, as well as nanny care for 6-year-old twins in Rancho Mission Viejo CA. In Ecuador, I worked as an educational supervisor at an elementary school, guiding children ages 6 to 11 through their afternoon academic work. Most recently, in Phillipsburg, NJ, I have focused on specialized infant and newborn care, and child care delivering nurture-focused attention during their foundational early months. My journey has given me a deep understanding of child development, sibling dynamics, and the importance of structure, affection, and trust. My highest priority will always be the safety, well-being, and emotional growth of your children while maintaining a harmonious atmosphere in your home. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to speaking with you. Sincerely, Aileen Flores
