Sarah took care of our daughter from 10-14 months, roughly 20-25 hrs/week. She did a great job - from the beginning, she checked in with us and asked us what our preferences were for our daughter's sleep and eating schedule and followed them, updating as our daughter got older. She was so patient and caring, and we always felt like our daughter was in good hands! Sarah was a great communicator, keeping in touch about her own schedule updates and letting us know her availability if anything changed. She was also very flexible with our own schedule changing when Grandma came in from out of town, etc. Once our daughter started in a day school, we recommended Sarah to a friend with a little boy and she went on to work with them for several months as well, and my friend also had a great experience with her. Would definitely recommend!

Hired Sarah to be our families FT nanny (10 month old and 3.5 years old) and my boys absolutely love her. She's calm and very loving towards them, they get sad when she's not watching them on off days. Highly recommend.
