Caring for Children has been the core of who I am for as long as I can remember—whether it’s spending time with my little nephew, mentoring through Big Brothers Big Sisters, or caring for the families who’ve trusted me over the years. I love creating spaces where kids feel safe to be fully themselves—silly, curious, messy, and wonderfully creative. I usually swap out screens for paintbrushes, building blanket forts, baking something from scratch, or turning the backyard into our own little adventure. I believe learning happens best when it’s wrapped in joy and play, so it’s absolutely essential to me to always weave art, storytelling, and hands-on projects into our days together. The art of art can’t die and kids grow exponentially in that play. (imo) I’m also passionate about cooking meals that are both nourishing and delicious—because good food brings people together, even the littlest ones. Food = Memories. In this very advanced tech day and age—giving kids the space to be kids to be is absolutely necessary for them. Interaction. Discovery. Communication. Good nutrition. Positive reinforcement. Accountability. For me, this work isn’t just a job—it’s a calling, and I can’t wait to bring that same care and creativity into your family’s life!
