Hi! My name is Casey. I'm 30 years old, and I've been a nanny for over ten years. Currently, I am full time nanny to 3 lovely little girls. In addition to my full time job, I am looking to establish new relationships with families that are looking for occasional or one time babysitting. In addition to working as a nanny, I am also a college graduate with experience as an elementary level tutor for the New Haven public school system. I have cared for children of every age group, from infants to young teenagers. I am CPR certified and can provide excellent references. I am passionate about childcare, and truly consider nannying to be the most rewarding job in the world! I consider myself to be fun, empathic and kind. My approach to childcare is lead with empathy and to encourage children to be creative, playful and adventurous. I generally follow Montessori principles, but stay flexible to the individual needs of each child.
