I had high hopes for Erin and was so excited to see great reviews and reference. Took a little bit of back and forth and time to get an interview set up, which was totally fine (we are all busy people). Set up time a week and a half in advance and double confirmed the day-of for a trial run after a good interview. The trial timeframe came and went and... no show--I texted once, called twice, left a voicemail and finally received a text 2 hours later saying that a text didn't send and to reschedule. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but I rearranged multiple schedules, canceled appointments and lost out on a few other potential sitters because of this. I know that life happens and can appreciate that sometimes we need to reschedule, but I was disappointed in the way this was handled. There are ways to make sure communication is there, and it wasn't there for us. I wish Erin the best and hope she finds the right family to work with.
