My name is Guadalupe , and I am a caring, patient, and dependable childcare professional with a bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology and hands-on experience working in an early childhood education setting. I have worked with children ages 18 months to 5 years old, helping them learn, grow, and develop in a safe and nurturing environment. Through my education and professional experience, I have developed a strong understanding of child development, children’s emotional and social needs, positive behavior guidance, and age-appropriate learning activities. My responsibilities have included preparing lesson plans, supporting daily classroom routines, encouraging creativity and independence, observing children’s progress, and communicating with families and fellow educators. I also have CPR and First Aid training, which supports my commitment to prioritizing children’s safety and well-being.
