Hello, my name is Keiara Ballard I moved back to the dfw area recently. Ive been a nanny since oct 2020. I have worked in childcare since 2016 with kids ages ranging from 6weeks to 12 years old! I was a long term part time/full time nanny to a for almost 3 1/2 years for one infant and a toddler . Most of my duties included helping with the infants development such as helping the baby move too solids, tummy time, taking him on walks. My duties with the toddler consisted of keeping her engaged in fun and unique activities while we were indoors or outside. i also was a nanny for older kiddos for almost 2 years for two different families. Those duties mostly consisted of picking up from school/dropping off/ staying at extracurriculars, helping with homework, doing kid laundry, and getting everyone ready for bed.
