Hi, I’m Alivia! With 9 years of hands-on childcare experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children of all ages and stages of development. My journey started when I was just 13, watching my younger brother, my cousins, and my family friends' children. From there, my passion for nurturing and guiding young minds only grew. I also completed a four-year Early Childhood Education program at my high school, where I gained both a solid understanding of child development and practical experience working in a daycare setting. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to nanny for four amazing families through this app. These experiences have included caring for both boys and girls aged as young as 5 months- 9 years old. These experiences have given me invaluable insight into the individual needs of children at different ages, and how important it is to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment. I’m Read more a firm believer that children thrive when they feel loved, understood, and supported, and that’s the approach I take in everything I do. I love storytime, dancing, and arts and crafts, I’ve seen first-hand how small moments, like teaching a new word or encouraging a child to try something new, can have such a big impact on their development. As my patience and compassion have grown over the years, I’ve come to realize that my favorite part of working with children is watching them learn and grow. There’s nothing more rewarding than being a part of their journey as they explore the world around them and hit new milestones.
