I’m a college sophomore pursuing a career working with children, either as a child life specialist or a teacher. I’ve always had a deep passion for making a positive impact on children’s lives—honestly, they’ve always been my weakness. At any given time, you’ll find me smiling and waving at a child, or at a family gathering with a little one on my lap, making sure they feel cared for and happy. Caring for children has always come naturally to me. I have hands-on experience as a daycare assistant, and I’ve been babysitting younger cousins and siblings for years. Through these experiences, I’ve learned how to keep children engaged, entertained, and joyful in a safe and nurturing environment.
