Hi there- my name is Alexa and I am currently looking for work as a nanny as I pursue my career goal of becoming a certified doula. My passion for working with kids started with daycamp volunteer work through my church and babysitting for family/friends as a teenager. Since graduating high school, I have furthered my experience working in a STAR Level 4 learning center, primarily with infants and toddlers. I also temporarily nannied twin infants, working with the parents to stretch nighttime feedings and sleep train until they were sleeping through the night. Currently, I care for an almost three year old in-home; I have been working with her since she was 10 weeks old and she will be heading off to preschool soon. On request I can provide copies of all my current PA childcare clearances and CPR certification.
