I've worked at Building Blocks Daycare in which I was a floater... I supported different classrooms by stepping in wherever needed, helping maintain routines and ensuring children were safe and engaged. I assisted lead teachers with activities, supervised playtime, and adapted quickly to the needs of different age groups throughout the day. I currently work at Sergeant Bluff-Luton Elementary as a One-on-one assistant where I support multiple students at different levels by being their guide during instruction and assisting with teaching different subjects.
