Lilian is excellent nanny. She helped me raise my triplets as a full-time nanny from 6months to 3.5 years old. He was very dependable, great educator, knowledgeable of physical, emotional and social developmental needs and always went beyond her normal responsibilities to help out. She prepared homemade meals, maintained my kids scheduled, helped patty and sleep train and gave my kids classes (arts, music, math, reading) in a room I conditioned as a classroom. She also helped keep the kid's areas & kitchen clean. I was very fortunate to have her as my kids nanny.
