I am a 58 year old woman who has raised two wonderful young men. I have been an elder caregiver (self employed) for the last 15 years. I have recently decided I would like to change things up and become a caregiver for the youngest generation. I enjoy having conversations and spending time with children of all ages. I find children to be refreshing, interesting, fun and I love their energy. I obviously have experience raising my own children, however, I also have lots of experience with other peoples children. I worked as a volunteer in the nursery of my church for many years. I helped at my kids school on a weekly basis working directly with the kids. I basically raised my kids with the Love and Logic approach. I felt it was more productive to openly communicate and empathize with kids to work together to direct them onto the correct path.
