I cannot say enough about Mrs. Richardson, she was absolutely amazing with our 3 kiddos. She was with our daughter from infancy to two and our elementary age sons after school for additional support. She truly was a blessing for our family with our hectic schedules, my travel schedule for business and a very demanding toddler she went above and beyond. Even during the winters, she made sure our daughter had outside time, long walks when it was warm, reading and flash card time, painting and various other activities that interested our toddler. When we forgot to prep snacks and meals, she jumped in to prep lunch for her and would update us if she was running low on her favorite foods or other essentials. She truly was my eyes and ears. She was the only person my family was ever comfortable with our children aside from my parents and sister which spoke volumes since he did not initially want daycare or a nanny. We miss her truly since relocating to TX. We have not been able to replace her we wish we could have had her with us as an au pair. She truly is a gem and has received several request for services from family and some of our personal friends. Anyone would be grateful to have her.
