Hi! I'm a fun, bubbly, energetic 19 year old with a passion for taking care of and nurturing children. There's just something so special about being there for a child when they are beginning to take in and understand the world. I love making crazy crafts, playing new games, answering both silly and serious questions, and being emotionally supportive at all times! Childhood is so critical in shaping the rest of a person's life, and I love taking any opportunity to have a positive impact on kids. Some instances where I had these opportunities were: - taking care of toddlers in Sunday school from ages 13-15 - working at a summer camp with elementary schoolers when I was 17 and 18 - babysitting my 2 younger siblings and 5 younger cousins throughout my life Throughout all of these experiences, I was able to find ways to encourage and love the Read more kids in my care. One of my favorite Bible verses, 1 Corinthians 16:14 says, "Let all that you do be done in love," and no matter what situation I'm in when it comes to caring for kids, I do my best to keep this verse at the forefront of my mind. Even if there is a behavior problem or a safety issue, approaching the situation with a posture of love is what I find most effective, even if I need to be firm. At the end of the day, I am so passionate about loving and caring for kids from an early age, and I would love the opportunity to offer this to any family seeking a nanny!
