I'm unsure what happened since communicating beyond the first 24 hours became lost. The details of our interactions. March 4 Savannah accepted a position as a live-in Nanny and pay rate over phone call, and agreed to background checks and sharing results. March 9 I sent Savannah onboarding paperwork that would need to be done to start the position on time on April 1. No response via text. March 11 I reached out to Savannah and did not recieve a response via text. I then called a couple hours later and figured out my number was blocked. I reached out on the website, where she states that her boyfriend convinced her the position is not in their best interests anymore, but would still perform in a non-live-in position. March 12 Asked about being available on March 27. No response. March 18 Asked about being available on March 27. Confirmed a time. March 25 Savannah reached out confirming the time and date, and ask about the hourly wage. March 27 I messaged Savannah my address 30 minutes prior to our meeting time. No responses. Today is April 17, and I have not received anything from Savannah regarding this matter. Luckily I was able to get a refund from Sittercity for the fees for her Background check when she no-shows.

After talking a few times over text and once over FaceTime we were supposed to meet in Tucson so we could all meet in person. 1.5 hour drive each way today to meet her and she didn’t show up or call and I reached out several times and she didn’t even respond. I could see she was active on the app today after she was supposed to meet me, so I know she was capable of letting me know she wasn’t going to show up. When someone is entrusting their child to a person, them being caring and respectful of others is pretty dang important; not to mention responsible enough to do what they say they will do.

She was amazing with my boys!!! Definitely getting a callback

Savannah was wonderful with the kids! She’ll be my first call next time I need a sitter!
