We love Stephany! She has been babysitting for our three-year-old daughter a few times a week for several months now. Our daughter LOVES her and lookes forward to her coming. She is always flexible with my crazy work schedule and always on time!!! She brings fun activities with her and keeps our daughter engaged while she is here. She is responsible, patient and loving. Stephany has babysat for my 2-year-old daughter, Ava, twice now and I couldn't be happier with her. Ava responded positively to her immediately the first time Stephany came to our house. The second time Ava was happy to see Stephany again and there was none of the usual separation anxiety we typically have to deal with. On both occasions Stephany showed up with toys and puzzles. My daughter loved having something different to play with and explore. Stephany is very sweet when talking and playing with my daughter, keeping her engaged in activity. She was very attentive to my instructions and brought a notebook to record important routines. She successfully served Ava dinner, gave her a bath and got her through the bedtime routine. It was nice to come home to a sound sleeping toddler. Stephany has also been great about communicating with me when I get home about diaper changes, how much Ava ate at snack/mealtimes, etc. She is definitely a sitter I will keep calling.
