I am a mom of a 7 year old girl. We spend most of our time swimming, hanging out outdoors, making crafts, cooking, exercising, and listening to music. I babysat through all of my teenage years and early college days and have experience with children of all ages. I’ve recently lost my job of 5 years as a restaurant manager at one of the most beloved restaurants in Austin due to permanent closure. I’m taking this as an opportunity to start a new chapter and going back to school (online for now.) Would love to watch one or two children part time while I’m starting this next adventure. Flexible on hours, I could babysit for date nights, while you grocery shop, etc. or a more permanent and consistent schedule, preferably 2-4 days a week maximum. I could come to your house or you could bring them to mine. We live Read more in a large complex with pools, walking trails, and a park nearby. My daughter spends half of her time at her dad’s house so she won’t always be with me but it must be okay for her to come along while I babysit. She’s the oldest at the home daycare she’s been attending the last 5 years so she’s become quite the little nurturer and loves other kids being around.
