I’ve spent over 24 years working with children, and what I love most is being able to make a difference while still letting kids be kids. I’m big on FUN + LEARNING. Whether we’re doing arts and crafts, reading, playing outside, having a dance party, doing sensory activities, or turning everyday moments into learning games, I enjoy keeping children active, engaged, and excited. My experience goes far beyond babysitting. I’ve worked as a childcare teacher, nanny, DCF case worker, and house parent in group-home settings. I’ve worked with children of different ages, personalities, backgrounds, and developmental needs. I understand that every child is different, so I adjust activities and routines to fit the individual child. I have my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, DCF childcare training, and CPR/First Aid certification. I have experience helping children develop early learning, language and communication, social-emotional, fine and gross motor, and independence skills.
