Hello! My name is Rachel, I am 22 and I live in the Omaha metropolitan area! I have a lot of childcare/ teaching experience including early childhood (infants- 5 year olds) educator, a substitute teacher and a summer school teacher for Bellevue Public Schools, camp counselor, Sunday school teacher, and tutoring. In addition, I am a senior Elementary Education major getting an endorsement in teaching English as a second language and a minor in psychology. Through my education, I have had the opportunity to enhance my teaching skills through 4 practicums in local Omaha area elementary schools. I plan on applying for a masters program in education, counseling, or child development this year once I complete student teaching. Community engagement is very important to me as well.
