I have been passionate about caring for young ones my entire life. I first began babysitting at 12 years old, and very quickly earned the nickname "The Baby Whisperer". I helped teach the children's Sunday School and worked at a daycare through high school. From 2021 to 2023 I was the lead toddler teacher at a local daycare/preschool here in Lexington. I left teaching to become a nanny and had a wonderful almost 3 years with a local family. I have experience with all ages, including teens, but my expertise is with infants and toddlers. While teaching, I had the opportunity to take classes and learn in-depth about the early stages of human development. I am especially passionate about helping neurodivergent babies and children learn to regulate and feel safe in their own bodies. I am CPR and First Aid certified, I have done sleep training, I have potty trained, Read more and I have experience with many different family styles and dynamics. I am patient, will maintain strong boundaries, and make up silly songs for all occasions. I am also bilingual in Spanish and English.
