I am finishing up my associate's degree, and I spent the last three years working as an aide at a Montessori school where I ran the aftercare program. I worked with small and large groups, ranging in age from 2 to 12 years. Before college I spent over 5 years babysitting for multiple families as well as volunteering at my church as both a Sunday School helper and a summer camp group leader for kids ranging in age from 2 to 9 years. I am a non smoker and fully vaccinated. I have also been certified in CPR and basic First aid within the last 3 years. I am comfortable with most kinds of pets and I have my own car. At the moment I am still employed as an aftercare aide and still enrolled in college, so I'm mostly just available on weekends or occasional early weekday mornings. I Read more will however have much greater availability during school breaks. I love working with kids and getting to see them learn and grow as well as encouraging and nurturing them so that they can grow up happy and confident. I would love to work for a family who would like those same things for their child!
