Mercedes is resourceful, reliable, creative with problem solving skills, with skills to adapt to different age groups of children and adults those she works with. Mercedes worked with us for almost 12 years. She took care of my baby from day one as a stay home nanny till she was 6 yrs old. Meanwhile helped me with my older kids who were 17 and 10 years old age that time. She kept all of them busy when needed and thought them through her creativity, and meaningful activities. She is the “Mary Poppins” of our house. She is the “Mercedes Poppins” as my children call her.
