Hi families! I’m Kendall, a dedicated and experienced professional nanny with a background in private childcare, household management, Montessori education, and behavioral therapy! Throughout my childcare career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children of various ages, personalities, and developmental needs. My experience includes full-time care for twin toddlers, supporting busy multi-child households, coordinating daily routines, and helping families balance the demands of everyday life. I’ve also worked in educational and clinical settings, which have given me a strong foundation in child development, communication, and individualized care. My caregiving style is warm, patient, attentive, and playful, with just the right amount of structure! I love encouraging independence, celebrating milestones, and creating opportunities for children to learn through hands-on activities, sensory play, outdoor adventures, and everyday experiences. I’m currently working toward transitioning into newborn and infant care, with plans to complete specialized coursework through Newborn Care Solutions. I’m especially interested in supporting families with overnight newborn care, establishing consistent routines, and providing dependable assistance during those early months. Beyond childcare, I have experience with children’s meal preparation, transportation, household organization, scheduling, errands, and family assistance. I’m comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and organized environment. I’m CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, and my behavioral therapy experience has strengthened my ability to support children with diverse developmental and communication needs.
