Hi, my name is Faith! I’ll be starting college next semester at PBSC majoring in Nursing with the goal of working in pediatrics specifically the NICU. I come from a family of seven and with four siblings (an older brother, two younger brothers and a little sister). I grew up helping my mom with childcare from an early age. That foundation is where my love for caring for kids truly began. Professionally, I’ve been an Au Pair for 2 years. I spent 1 year and 5 months with a family of two boys with special needs (ADHD and high-functioning autism) and my most recent experience was with three children including a baby who was just 6 months old when I started. These roles strengthened my patience, awareness and ability to adapt to different routines and developmental needs. I’m naturally quiet and reserved but I’m very warm, attentive and creative. I’m also highly organized and structured so if you have a routine or system you want followed, you can trust that I’ll stick to it. My Christian values guide the way I care for others with love, patience, and respect. I believe in creating a nurturing, peaceful environment where children feel safe and valued. I truly enjoy working with kids which is why I’m pursuing a nursing career centered around caring for little ones. I look forward to meeting your family and supporting you however I can!
