Hello families. Thank you for taking the time to consider me as your family childcare provider. A little bit about me. I graduated with a degree in psychology back in 2019. I have always had a passion for caring for others. When I was in 3rd grade I use to go over to the sped classes and play with the kids, I learned a bit of sign language during that time. Once I got to high school, I used to volunteer on the weekends at a local church in the children area. I started babysitting my cousins as well. I eventually started volunteering at the local boys and girls club, helping with homework and run activities with the kiddos. Post high school, I got a few families I would date night/ date day for with kids ranging from 3months to 14 years old. Eventually during college, I took a summer job at a summer camp out of state where I was working with kids ages 6 to 15 mainly. Since it was family owned I would also help care for the baby and the older sister who at the time where 6 months and 5 years old. I ended up working 3 summers at that camp. Post college, I took a job offer for the summer at the boys and girls club, mentored and ran activities for kids ages 6 to 11. During this time I still was date night/ babysitting for a wide variety of families. I have worked in many different environments from RV's, hotels, apartments, and homes. I worked for two aba companies post graduation as well. I was also a live in nanny for about 1.5 years as well. I am now currently working at the boys and girls club full time Monday to Friday. I am still looking to babysit M-F after 6:30pm and the weekends I am fully available on weekends. I don't mind with light house keeping dishes, laundry, picking up after the kids and cooking ect. I would rather simulate the child/ children without electronics. I am open to parks, outings, crafts, and more that are age appropriate. I am currently CPR certified and first aid trained. I am up-to-date on all my vaccinations. And I recently got a TB test done since I will be working in a school I will provide references upon request. I will also provide my background check through sitter city upon request too. I am very fun, outgoing, caring, patient and gentle.
