To whom it may concern, I recently moved to Jacksonville from Colorado and am eager to receive a job in childcare. I grew up in Wyoming and graduated from the University in Laramie in 2022. I have had multiple childcare jobs over last 10 years in Sheridan and Laramie, Wyoming as well as Fort Collins, Colorado. I have a strong background and believe in tailoring my care to each child's individual wants and needs. I have had numerous amounts of experience with all ages of kids. These range from a tutoring job for a 13 year old girl with dyslexia, to a role as a joint nanny where I cared for 4-6 girls at a time from preschool to middle school age. My mother has been a speech therapist for 40 years and taught me vital skills for child development and its adaptability depending on a child's personality. I also Read more worked as an assistant preschool teacher at the Early Child Education Center through the University of Wyoming. This role taught me the importance of lesson plans that ensure the children are being exposed to the best possibilities of learning. My most recent position was a full time nanny for a family in Fort Collins, Colorado for two young children ages 2 and 4. I spent 12 hours a day 5 days a week caring for them and the household. This included tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, transportation to school and activities and I even participated in the swim lessons with the toddler.
