My name is Anagha Kramadhati and I am a 22 year old who is very much interested in your job posting. I am CPR certified, a non-smoker with a clean driving record. I am skilled in caring for children in the medical setting - such as taking their vitals (blood pressure, blood sugar, temperature), fever/cold treatment as well as setting good dental hygienic habits. I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Lyman Briggs College, Michigan State University, and I am excited about the opportunity to work as a full-time nanny. Having worked as a babysitter since age 17, I have come across a variety of children and families that have taught me how to be a flexible and responsible caregiver. I worked as a baby-sitter for a family with a 5 year old boy and 3 year old girl, while maintaining my school work. More recently, during Read more college, I worked as a part-time nanny for a mother with a 4 year old girl. These experiences taught me quite a lot on how to approach children with a firm, loving and enthusiastic attitude. I find the process of bonding with children I work with to be the most important and enjoyable aspect of childcare. As a full-time nanny, I will work hard to set a high standard for academics through hands-on educational activities, daily reading sessions, and homework help. I am highly organized, capable of managing the childrens’ extracurricular activities and running errands on a smooth schedule. I am also proactive in communicating with parents on any issues and their expectations for the child’s growth. I am skilled at preparing a wide variety of healthy, vegetarian meals that are high in protein. Along with my personal babysitting/nannying experiences, I have 2 years of mentoring experience as a mentor for the FRC (First Robotics Competition) league. During this experience, I worked with children ranging from elementary to high school ages while building robots using Mindstorm coding software’s. Not only did I assist children to build robots, but I also had the opportunity to tutor elementary and middle school children with core subjects – such as math (algebra/pre-calculus), earth sciences, biology, chemistry and grammar/vocab.
