Hello, my name is Julia Roberts and I’m 23 years old and I currently nanny Tuesday-Thursday for a family 10am-4pm and I’m looking for a part time nanny position if possible to fill the gaps on Mondays & Fridays and I’d be available all weekday evenings after 4pm. A little about me, I am a very adventurous and out going person with an empathetic and kind heart. I love children and watching them learn and grow into amazing people. I am very patient and respectful and would care for a child as if it were my own. I have two wonderful and loving parents and an older brother who I absolutely adore. My family would describe me as empathetic and happy and my friends would describe me as loyal and genuine. Im auntie to 3 little boys and a girl and I absolutely adore and miss them as I have Read more moved away and now Im in Byron center, Caledonia area. EXPERIENCE: I have nannied for 7 years with many different families with all ages of children from an infant to 15 years old. I currently watch an 11 month old and for a while a 3 year old before he started preschool full time. I would take care of the little ones all day, I would do breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner with them, I’d do bath times, put them down for naps as well as engage and play with them or go on walks or to the park. I would also occasionally do household chores for the kiddos if needed like laundry and cleaning bottles and picking up their toys. I have volunteered in elementary class rooms and would help the children learn. I have also worked with special needs kids who couldn’t communicate in any type of way or who had anger problems. I’m very good with kids and love taking care of them. SKILLS: CPR and BLS certified: I have taken a CPR course in 2022 at a community college near me, and we practiced on how to do it with adults and infants. I have taken a child care class in college as well. We learned the basics, such as what to do if the child is sick or got hurt from doing something. We learned how to care for them on a daily basis or if it was something more serious such as if they were choking. I have life guard training, so I am a very good swimmer and I would be able to save a child if they got themselves into a situation where that was needed. I am fully Covid vaccinated. I have ALL my vaccinations up to date since I had taken a phlebotomy course through the hospital. I look forward to hearing from you on how I can help your little family grow!
