Last year, I graduated from the University of Chicago with a Masters in Sociology, where my research focus was the distinctive needs of children with marginalized identities within the American School System. Most recently, I was a Teacher and SEL (Social Emotional Learning) Specialist at a private school for neurodiverse learners. This means that I know that no two children are the same.
