I’m an experienced childcare provider passionate about nurturing and supporting children of all ages. With 6 years in childcare, my journey has equipped me with diverse skills and insights into the unique needs of children. I began my career at the Boys and Girls Club, when I was 15, where I worked closely with elementary aged kids, fostering their growth and development. Following that, I spent three fulfilling years as a preschool teacher. In the first two years of my employment at the preschool, I specialized in caring for infants, creating a warm and nurturing environment for our youngest learners. My experience also includes working in a residential home for teenage girls facing behavioral challenges, equipping me with the tools to manage complex situations with compassion and understanding. However, my pregnancy is high risk and creates limitations around continuing this role due to the significant behaviors exhibited by the children. As I anticipate the arrival of my baby, who will require multiple surgeries in his first year of life, I am seeking a babysitting opportunity to work from my home. This situation allows me to maintain a flexible schedule while continuing my passion for working with children.
