Meet Aryanna

• Comfortable with pets

The simple reason I love being a babysitter is because I truly love kids. The deeper reason is that I enjoy watching their faces light up when they discover or learn something new. I love seeing them grow, find themselves, and explore what makes them happy. Their laughter, curiosity, and even their stubborn moments make it all worthwhile. Of course, there are challenges, like when they get frustrated or upset, but I find those moments meaningful too. Helping them through it, staying calm, and talking things out makes the smile at the end even more special. I’ve been babysitting for about four years. I started by helping adults who were sitters, and as I got older, I began taking on my own jobs. I was taught CPR by one of the first families I worked for, and I still babysit for her two years later (though I’m not officially certified). Read more I wouldn’t say I have any “special” skills beyond being patient, understanding, and good with kids. I believe in listening to them, keeping calm during tantrums, and letting them express themselves. Sometimes, you just have to let kids be kids, because one day, both they and you as their guardians will miss these moments. As a sitter, my goal is to help guide and care for them when you can’t be there, while giving them a safe, happy space to be themselves.
