Hey I’m Mya Jara I’m 19 years old. I’m currently in college pursuing social work. Since the beginning of highschool I babysitted two kids younger than me for years until they got old enough o take care of themselves. Due to personal conflicts my mom became a single mother 2 weeks after my brother was born and since then everyday after school I would watch him and when covid hit mid junior year I would babysit him all day and work after school at my fast food job. Although it’s not paid experience I do know what it is to care and be responsible for a little one and the fear of a parent when leaving them in hands of others but because I know the feeling I will always treat another child with much love.
