Hi, my name is Jane Shaver! I am 22 years old and grew up in Kure Beach, NC as the second oldest of a family with six children. I graduated in the spring of 2022 with my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art, with a concentration in Illustration, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am now attending the University of North Carolina Wilmington to obtain my master's degree in Art Education, with the aim of becoming an art teacher. I have been working in childcare for over eleven years, and it has been a huge part of my life. I started babysitting regularly at the age of 12 and continued to do so throughout high school.
