I love being a sitter because I enjoy building connections with children and being someone they can feel safe, comfortable, and excited to spend time with. Every child has their own personality, and I love finding fun, creative ways to keep them engaged while helping them learn and grow. It's incredibly rewarding to know I'm making a positive difference for both the children and their families. I recently graduated from high school and am taking a gap year before starting college. I have cared for my younger cousins from the newborn stage through elementary school and have continued gaining experience helping care for my two nephews. In addition to caring for family, I have previous paid babysitting experience and recently worked as a camp counselor, where I supervised groups of children, led activities, encouraged teamwork, and prioritized safety in a fun, supportive environment.
