Comfortable with pets

I'm Lily! I'm an Elgin-based caregiver with two years of experience working with children in PreK through 2nd grade, as a substitute teacher and in after-school programs. I currently work as a long-term pre-K substitute teacher, and I'm looking to transition into a regular daytime position with one family. I'm comfortable running the whole day: morning routines, meals and snacks, nap and rest time, homework help, reading aloud, crafts, and play, plus light tidying related to the kids. I also have experience supporting children with diverse learning and behavioral needs in inclusion classrooms, and I'm patient, calm, and consistent with routines
