Hello! My name is Rachael and I'm a nanny/babysitter from Monroe. I started my career in childcare 20 years ago, through various childcare roles. I transitioned from a Lead Toddler Teacher back to nannying in 2021 because I enjoy supporting children's development as they grow, in a one-on-one setting. I have experience with children aged 3 months to 12 years. I have an associates degree in Early Childhood Education and three Washington State Stackable ECE certificates. While obtaining my education, my infant/toddler knowledge and skills were recognized by the lead of the ECE department at the college, including my ability to create age-appropriate educational activities and a safe, nurturing environment in my toddler classroom. One of my favorite places to play and explore is the outdoors. I also enjoy arts and crafts, sensory, reading, and supporting children in exploration, play, and individual development based on their interests, skills, and abilities.
