Hello! My name is Elysium Sigmond, and I am a 23 y/o junior forestry student at Clemson University. I have extensive childcare experience, especially with children with autism. In my family, I am the oldest of 3 others, with one of them being diagnosed with autism and being very sensory seeking, so I can understand the concern of finding a babysitter who is prepared to take on those responsibilities. I am an Eagle Scout with Troop 342 at Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter, South Carolina. Although I am not first aid certified, my time in the Boy Scouts has provided me with experience in basic first aid and CPR. During my time in the Boy Scouts, I have served as a merit badge counselor three times. Two at Camp Coker and once at Camp Barstow, where I taught over 100 scouts aged 9-17.
