My name is Kharisma and i am originally from Denver, Colorado. I moved to Houston, TX about 3 years ago and have since then worked with many children in education environments, which includes being a lead teacher and assistant first at a Guidepost Montessori school and also daycares. I graduated in dental assisting and also worked as a pediatrics dental assistant. In that environment i had to learn how to comfort children in a time of confusion, or fright! Because the dentist was always scary to me as a kid. I am proficient in childcare including creating extracurricular activities, engaging with children, Taking walks outside is my favorite, being active, and building connection. I also strongly believe that i am good at my job because it isn't just a job to me its a passion. I adore children, I have always had a passion for watching children grow and develop Read more their own little personalities. Now i am new to los angeles, ca and i am looking for new families to build connections with as i did in houston! I am so excited to meet and to be a comfort space for your children. What makes me a good role model? I am a good role model because every choice i make is intentional. I put thought and strategy into everything i do to produce good outcomes. I am a very understanding individual and courteous. I am confident in myself and everything i do. A good role model, not just for children but can be a great role model for adults as well, by showing them the knowledge if grown to understand about children over the years. I take my time, i am patient and respectful. I treat others how i would like to be treated and take everyone into consideration. I am a social butterfly and love to meet new people!
