Daniya was on time to start the job and her communication was prompt and clear. But she seemed a little inexperienced with managing toddlers. I felt her engagement and enthusiasm wasn’t sufficient to keep my 4 year old entertained. She needed hand-holding on the first day which is expected, but she didn’t show a lot of proactive behavior in keeping up with my son’s energy levels. She might be good with slightly mellow kids.
