Hi! My name is Sophia, and I’m 18 years old with over 4 years of experience working with children in both daycare and public school settings. I currently work as a Paraeducator for Harford County Public Schools, where I support children ages 2–5 with special needs, including autism, Down syndrome, and developmental delays. Before joining the school system, I spent 3 years working in a daycare, giving me experience with children of all personalities, abilities, and developmental stages. This upcoming school year will be my second year with Harford County Public Schools. Outside of childcare, I’m enrolled in a part-time cosmetology program as I work toward becoming certified.
