My family was fortunate to find Stephanie in a search for a full-time nanny and our toddler took to her immediately and remembered her fondly for months. Her genuine love and tenderness for children is obvious when you see her interact with them. One of her references said that her adult son, who was cared for by Stephanie as a child, would say whenever he saw a young child struggling or acting out, "they just need a Stephie." All three of her references noted the depth and strength of her ongoing relationship with their children even after the family no longer had need of a nanny. She is confident and knows she is living her calling by caring for little ones. Another family beat us out in hiring her, so she has not yet nannied for us, but we have always thought of her as the one that got away. Highly recommend!
