I am going into my sophomore year at the University of Arizona, I am doubling majoring in Early Childhood Education and Public Heath. I have always known that I wanted to become a kindergarten teacher because I truly just want to pour into children's lives and help them reach their full potential. I have always loved children, I enjoy watching them explore the world around them and just enjoy life as a child. I have served in my churches children's ministry all throughout Middle school and high school, I have babysat for many families. Something that sets me apart from others is that I love to have kids focus on finding fun in things that don't include electronics! I feel that it is important that kids should find fun in playing outside, safely baking/cooking, coloring rather than staring at a screen.
