Hi! I’m Alayah. I’ve been caring for my younger brothers for the past 7–8 years, helping with everything from diaper changes, meals, and bedtime routines to keeping them entertained, helping with homework, and making sure they’re safe as they’ve grown. Being involved in their day-to-day care has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to adapt to each child’s unique personality and needs. In addition to caring for my brothers, I’ve also worked with children at Surge, Urban Air, and most recently as a Summer Camp Counselor at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. There, I supervised groups of kids, led games and activities, and helped create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment. I’m dependable, patient, and love keeping kids engaged through crafts, games, outdoor play, reading, and other age-appropriate activities. My goal is always to make children feel comfortable and cared for while giving parents confidence that their little ones are in Read more good hands.
