Hi! My name is Jessica, and I’m 29 years old. I’m currently attending school for Social Work because I have a passion for helping others and building meaningful connections with people, especially children. I’m looking for a part-time babysitting opportunity and would consider myself an entry-level sitter. Although I’m new to professional babysitting, I do have hands-on experience caring for children of close friends and family members, including younger cousins, nieces, and nephews. I’ve always enjoyed spending time with children, talking with them, getting to know their personalities, and creating a comfortable and trusting connection with them. I have a bubbly, friendly, and positive personality, and I enjoy keeping children engaged and having fun. I love being creative and especially enjoy arts and crafts, so I’d be happy to plan fun, age-appropriate activities with the children I care for. I’m comfortable preparing meals and helping with everyday routines as well. I was CPR certified in high school, but my certification is no longer current. I plan to become CPR certified again soon because I believe having up-to-date safety training is important when caring for children. As someone who is studying Social Work, I’m excited about the opportunity to gain more experience working with children while providing families with a dependable, caring, and positive sitter. I may be new to professional childcare, but I’m responsible, willing to learn, and genuinely enjoy helping and connecting with children
