Hi there! I've been working in childcare professionally for 15 years and have held positions as a long-term nanny, babysitter, family manager, Kumon tutor, and camp counselor. In addition, I have extensive experience with special needs including developmental delay, spectrum disorders, colic/reflux in infancy, and cerebral palsy. This includes overseeing physical, occupational, and speech therapy and participating in various treatments that caregivers have recommended.
