I am a dedicated and nurturing childcare professional with over three years of hands-on experience supporting the growth and development of young children. Currently serving as an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, I have developed strong skills in creating safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environments tailored to each child’s needs. I hold an Associate’s degree in General Studies and I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education at Indiana Wesleyan University. My academic background, combined with my practical experience, allows me to provide high-quality care while supporting early learning milestones. I am passionate about fostering positive relationships with both children and families, and I take pride in being reliable, patient, and attentive. I enjoy planning creative activities, maintaining structured routines, and ensuring children feel secure, valued, and encouraged every day. I am committed to providing a safe, loving, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
